With multiple machine choices on site, our industry-leading state-of-the-art spooling services are on hand to make sure our adhesive and non-adheisve products are in the most efficient form possible for your use.

Transforming rolls of tape into spools that can be reliably run at high speeds to deliver efficient machine application. These larger spools also need to be changed less often, reducing machine downtime and further improving speeds and cost-effectiveness. Our team have worked with many clients over the years and reduced downtime by as much as 40% by using spools rather than reels. A recent time and motion study with a customer moving from reels to spools opened up 2 hours of extra production time over an 8 hour shift, 25% extra time generated.

With both razor slit and shear cutting methods available, our spooling services can be used on a wide variety of our adhesive products from standard single-sided film tapes to double-sided and foam-backed options.

Our team of experts know the best way of handling each material to produce the optimum results. Our spools are available on 3 or 6” ID cores and variable lengths.

From flexible packaging, single sided tapes and foam products we offer a comprehensive spooling facility producing the right package time after time.
